Fitness and Instructional Programs

150 Challenge - Sept 15th-Oct 12th
Join us for our 4 week challenge where you choose one of our "healthy eating" challenges as well as one of our "fitness challenges" and if you complete both each week we'll award you with a prize. Those who complete the entire month of the program will be entered in our raffle for our grand prize.
