Couch to 5K – September 22nd to November 23rd
Follow this 9 week program to prepare yourself for a 5K! This easy to follow training program will help guide you through workouts starting with walking and light jogging, increasing gradually to a full jog to get you ready to complete the 3.1 miles in an event of your choice. Each week, we’ll send you the new weekly training notes as well as exercise and nutrition tips. Register at the Ticket booth in the SRC.
Burpee Challenge – November 18th to November 21st
How many burpees can you complete in 10 minutes? Stop by the SRC to pick a day and time to sign up and compete in the program. The Rider Burpee Male and Female champion’s name will be placed on a plaque and displayed in the SRC.
