The purpose of Rider University Club Swimming is to provide students of Rider University participation in an organized team sport. Besides swimming, our organization focuses on developing participants not only by improving athletic skills, but also leadership skills and group dynamic skills.

Each member will be required to pay an annual due of $15 to the organization. These dues will be used to purchase equipment and schedule meets to ensure a successful season.  Once a member of Club Swimming, an individual should attend a specified quota of practices per week.

President – Alyssa Luongo
Advisor – Matt DenBleyker

Practice and Game Schedule
Rider University Club Swimming practices Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday from 9:30-10:30pm in the Coppola Pool, which is located in the Maurer Center.

There is no formal league that Club Swimming participates in, however, we do have 2-4 meets per semester against surrounding area teams such as TCNJ, Princeton University, Temple University, Saint Joseph’s University, and many more. In order to be eligible to compete in an upcoming meet, members can not miss more than four practices.
