The Rider University Field Hockey Club is dedicated to fostering the practice and love of field hockey while developing skill and ability. We abide by the regulations of the National Field Hockey League and Rider University Club Sports, while functioning as a team that practices and competes in a positive manner.

Practice and Game Schedule
The Field Hockey Club practices twice a week (Mondays and Tuesdays) for an hour to an hour and a half, and the season takes place in October. 

Outside of the season, we try to maintain weekly workout sessions and enjoy scrimmaging each other.  Dues are determined by the amount of participants per year.  We are a recreational team and try to maintain commitment; however we understand that classes must come first, and therefore we do not penalize based on attendance - the exception being that attendance at practice the week before a game or tournament is mandatory.
