If you are a showing member, you must take one lesson per week throughout the semester. You may however, lesson as often as you like. Lessons are held at Buckingham Valley Farm in Buckingham, PA. League Affiliation

Rider’s Equestrian Team is a member of the Intercollegiate Horse Show Association (IHSA) which is the largest Intercollegiate Equestrian Organization in the United States.

Our team attends about 10 IHSA horse shows every academic year in our region. Riders are required to sign up for shows they wish to attend at the beginning of each semester. In addition to this, as per IHSA rules, Riders must complete a lesson with our coaches the week that they plan to show. Every rider agrees to comply with IHSA rules and proper English show attire is required for the horse shows. You do not have to show to be a part of our team. If you don’t want to show, you may still take lessons and be a part of team events.
