Appointed by the President upon recommendation by the Dean of Students, the Associate Director reports to the Associate Dean/Director of Residence Life. The primary responsibilities of the Associate Director of Operations involve the coordinator of room assignments and room changes, as well as the coordination of public area damage billings to resident students. Secondary responsibilities include supervision of Residence Directors, liaison with Facilities Management, the Bursar's Office and resident student staff.
- Indirect supervision of 12 Residence Directors.
- In conjunction with Residence Directors, all Resident Advisors in his/her area.
- Supervision of Manger of campus card system
