Students admitted to Rider University prior to Fall 2012 with a supported laptop model and a valid manufacturer’s warranty are eligible for the Office of Information Technologies’ optional Laptop Support Program. Students enrolled in this program receive Help Desk support, which includes all warranty repairs and allows students to use a loaner laptop while their laptops are being repaired.
You can join this program by signing the program agreement Form and returning it to the Help Desk. Students choosing to join this program will be assessed a $50 fee each term.

- Dell Latitude E5400
- Dell Latitude E5410
- Dell Latitude E6320
- Dell Latitude E6520
- Apple MacBook
- Apple MacBook Pro
