Sending e-mails from Blackboard
When sending an e-mail from Blackboard we have received sporadic reports of error messages, people receiving multiple copies of the e-mail, or none at all. If you experience this issue please contact the Helpdesk, and provide the time and date this error occurred.
Solution: Contacting your students via Rider webmail. Further resolutions to this issue will be installed with Blackboard Learn Service Pack 6

YouTube external links
When adding an external link to a course you have the option of having it open in a new browser window (or tab), or inside of the existing window. When adding links to YouTube or other sites, having them open in the existing window will result in the page going blank. This is an issue with the way the website’s HTML code is written which prevents it from being displayed inside of the frame Blackboard creates.
Solution: Set external links to open in a new window will solve the page rendering issue.
