What is the Banner project? The Banner project is the Datatel+SGHE suite of administrative software and services that was announced by President Rozanski in February 2009. Its purpose is to provide a consistent, single system for official administrative and academic information in support of the vision, mission and strategic plan of the University.

What can I access in the myRider portal? The myRider portal is a personalized hub that allows Rider faculty, staff and students quick access to available campus web services and resources.The portal is a means to access student information, manage greenlighting, classes, grade submission, advisees and more. It's also a great place to keep up with the latest on announcements, campus events and news releases.

MyInfo to myRider Transition Spring and Summer 2012 Terms All faculty and academic staff who are advising students for Spring and/or Summer 2012 terms will do so within MyInfo. However, we encourage users to access all web services, including MyInfo, through the myRider portal.
Fall 2012 Term Students, faculty and staff will use myRider as their main hub for all web services as well as managing Fall 2012 related course work.

Why is the course selection date and time different than last spring? In an effort to support the new course selection system and to provide continuous support to students and faculty without interruption, Rider has moved the course selection date and time to start on March 5, 2012 at 7 a.m. View the complete Fall 2012 course selection schedule.

For Technology Support Help Desk Support Call the HelpDesk at (609) 219-3000 The HelpDesk is located on the first floor of the Moore Library.

Searching for students in the Advisor Dashboard? When searching for a student, make sure you select a term from the drop down, enter the ID number or student's name, and either click, "Advisee" to find one of your advisees or "All" to find any student.
