iPay transition from MyInfo to myRider.
On June 29, 2012 the payment portal (iPay) in MyInfo will move to myRider (myrider.rider.edu).
iPay on myRider will be available beginning July 1, 2012. Due to this transition, the Summer II billing due date has been extended to July 2, 2012.
Please view your account information and remit your payments using myRider. All other services will continue to be available on MyInfo. However, we encourage users to access all web services through myRider portal.
What is the Banner project?
The Banner project is the Ellucian suite of administrative software and services that was announced by President Rozanski in February 2009. Its purpose is to provide a consistent, single system for official administrative and academic information in support of the vision, mission and strategic plan of the University.
What can I access in the myRider portal?
The myRider portal is a personalized hub that allows Rider faculty, staff and students quick access to available campus web services and resources. The portal is a means to access student information, manage greenlighting, classes, grade submission, advisees, university charges and payments, financial aid and more. It's also a great place to keep up with the latest on announcements, campus events and news releases.
How do I access myRider?
Visit myrider.rider.edu and use your easypass credentials.
How do I review my University Charges?
When you log into myRider, click on the Student Information Tab and you will find a My Financial Account channel. Each semester that you are enrolled will display your current account status. You may click on individual semesters to see the detail of your university charges and payments.
If I had an Authorized User setup in MyInfo’s iPay, will it be available in myRider’s iPay?
No. For security reasons, you will need to setup Authorized User accounts in myRider’s iPay system.
What if I have Saved Payment Methods in iPay?
For security and compliance reasons, any Saved Payment Methods that existed in MyInfo’s iPay system will be deleted and you will need to create a new one in the myRider iPay system.

Summer 2012 Terms
All faculty and academic staff who are advising students for Summer 2012 terms will do so within MyInfo. However, we encourage users to access all web services, including MyInfo, through the myRider portal.
Fall 2012 Term
Students, faculty and staff will use myRider as their main hub for all web services as well as managing Fall 2012 related course work.
