Summer Orientation Gives New Students a Head Start (with picture)

Over 900 freshman and transfer students from both the Lawrenceville and Westminster campuses attended new student orientation this summer. New students and their families spent time getting acquainted with a variety of campus resources, both academic and student life-oriented. They also met other incoming students and received their fall course schedules. Those students who were not able to attend during the summer will be welcomed to the Rider community during Fall Opening.

This year's OStaff members are: (Top row) Matt Semel, a junior communication major; Mike Hollinshead, a junior fine arts major; Josh Chave, a junior communication major; Tama Merentie, a junior public relations major; (Bottom row) Krys Wilkie, a sophomore Spanish major; Andrea Susnick, a senior education and English major; Ellen Thompson, a junior public relations major.
