Fabienne Banczak, (center), a junior
advertising major, won a competition last month sponsored
by the Rider University chapter of the American Association
of University Professors’ (AAUP) for designing its logo
– a design which symbolically represents “unified movement.”
With Banczak are (on left), Dr. E. Graham McKinley,
professor of communication whose design class participated
in the logo contest, and (on right) Dr. Nancy Westburg
of Yardley, PA, professor of graduate education
and president of Rider's AAUP. Banczak received a $100 award
and a certificate for her design at Rider's Faculty Scholarship/Development
Luncheon on February 21 in the Student Recreation Center
Lobby. John Merse of Edgewater, a junior
adversting/marketing major, was the runner up. He received
a $50 award and a certificate. |
