The following individuals are serving as mentors for Rider's
new students from Shanghai Sanda University. College of Business
Administration (CBA) students were asked to volunteer. While
more than 70 responded, 34 were able to receive training and
began the mentoring process, communicating electronically with
the Sanda students before the group arrived at Rider on January
18. The mentors are:

Dr. Christine Lentz, associate professor of
management and human resources, is the coordinator of the mentoring
program. Also helping with the Sanda students' transition to
Rider are: Sanda Cohort I students, Dr.
Linguo Gong, associate professor of management sciences;
and Dr. Minmin Wang, professor of communication.

helping Sanda Cohort II students adjust to life in America.
