Chorus 10th Anniversary Celebration May 13
The Westminster Community Chorus from Westminster
Conservatory will present a 10th Anniversary Celebration concert
on Saturday, May 13 at 8 p.m. in Bristol Chapel on the Westminster
campus. The concert will feature works from some of the most memorable
performances during the choir's first 10 years as well as a newly
commissioned work entitled Song for St. Cecelia by Westminster
faculty member Ron Hemmel. Tickets are $10 for
adults and $5 for students and seniors. Students, faculty and
staff receive one free ticket with a valid Rider ID. Tickets can
be purchased by calling the Westminster box office at (609) 921-2663.
Westminster Conservatory at Nassau Program on May 18
Westminster Conservatory at Nassau, a series of
free lunchtime concerts by Conservatory faculty members, will
end its season at 12:15 p.m. on Thursday, May 18 with a solo piano
recital by Eunju Joung. The recital will take place in the Niles
Chapel of Nassau Presbyterian Church, 61 Nassau Street in Princeton.
The program includes movements from the French Suite No. 5
in G, BWV 816 by J.S. Bach, the Fantasia in D Minor,
K 397 by W. A. Mozart, and two works by Frederic Chopin: the
Etude in F Minor, op. 25, No. 2 and the Polonaise in
A flat, op. 53.
Westminster Community Orchestra and Westminster Conservatory Children's Chorus and Youth Chorale to Present an Anniversary Concert on May 19
The Westminster Community Orchestra and Westminster Conservatory
Children’s Chorus and Youth Chorale will present an anniversary
concert on May 19 at Richardson Auditorium in Alexander Hall,
Princeton University on Friday, May 19 at 8 p.m. The program will
include Britten’s Psalm 150; choruses from Mozart’s
The Magic Flute; excerpts from Haydn’s The
Creation; and Symphony No. 1 in C Minor by Brahms.
Tickets are $15 for adults and $10 for students and seniors and
can be ordered by calling Richardson Auditorium at (609) 258-5000.
Westminster Conservatory Piano Recital by Laurie Altman on May 20
Laurie Altman will present a piano recital on Saturday, May 20 at 8 p.m. in Gill Chapel on the Lawrenceville campus. Admission is free to the performance.

The Westminster Conservatory Children's Choir will present their spring concert on Sunday, May 21 at 3 p.m. in Bristol Chapel on the Westminster campus.
