Rider Says Goodbye to Baseball Coach, Field

On Saturday, May 22, Rider will host Saint Peter's in a Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference game.  It will be the final baseball game played on the Richard F. Daly Field, and the final Rider baseball game coached by Sonny Pittaro.  Pre-game ceremonies, which include the retiring of two coaches' numbers as well as the traditional senior day, begining at 11 a.m. Post game ceremonies to say goodbye to the field will be immediately following the game. Hundreds of former Bronc baseball players and coaches are expected to be present.
