Rider to Confer Honorary Degrees on Schweiker, Palmer Rider University will confer honorary Doctor of Laws degrees on Mark S. Schweiker, the former governor of Pennsylvania, and Douglas H. Palmer, mayor of the city of Trenton, at its 139th commencement on Friday, May 14. MAAC Honors Broncs for Academics - Six members of the Rider University tennis and golf teams were honored by the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference for their high grade point averages.

College Golf- MAAC Championships -The Rider University golf team placed fifth in the nine-team Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference Championships, held at Disney's Wide World of Sports Complex.
