• Dr. Ronald A. Hemmel, professor of music theory and composition and artistic director of the Music Computing Center at Westminster, has been chosen to receive an ASCAPlus award from the American Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers. ASCAPlus Awards are determined annually by a panel of distinguished music experts who are neither members nor employees of ASCAP, and are completely independent in their Award adjudication.
