Fourth Annual Luncheon Honors 52 Distinguished Employees

Fifty-two Rider University employees were recognized as distinguished employees at a November 8 luncheon in the Fireside Lounge. The event honored all of those employees who received a "distinguished" rating on their last performance appraisal. Each honoree received a congratulatory letter from President Mordechai Rozanski and a $100 American Express gift certificate.

"It is wonderful to be able to recognize the 52 employees who had an overall ‘distinguished’ rating on this past year's performance appraisal," said Ellen LaCorte, director of human resources and affirmative action. During this fourth annual Distinguished Employee Luncheon, honored employees were joined by their supervisors, division heads and President Rozanski to receive well-deserved kudos for their accomplishments.

In addition to thanking everyone for all they do for the institution and its students, President Rozanski noted there has been a 36 percent increase in the number of employees receiving exemplary recognition. "These individuals have contributed significantly to Rider’s renewal,” said Rozanski. “Their strong commitment to the University is greatly appreciated.”
