2006 Cranberry King and Queen Crowned

Among the special highlights of Rider University's 2006 Family Day activities was the crowning of the Cranberry King and Queen. The two seniors were selected based upon their embodiment of campus pride, spirit and commitment to community service.

Named Cranberry Queen was (center, left):Alexandra Khashkes, a journalism major. Named Cranberry King was Michael Caputo (center, right): an English major. First runner-up for Queen was Daphkar Lahens (fourth from left), a psychology major, and for King, Nick Barbati (fourth from right), a political science major.

Career Day Features More Than 85 Employers
Rider University undergraduate, graduate students and alumni marketed themselves to a variety of prospective employers on November 2 during Fall Career Day in the Bart Luedeke Center Cavalla Room. More than 85 companies from a broad spectrum of fields were represented, featuring full-time and part-time employment and internship opportunities.
