Princeton, Lawrenceville Campuses to Celebrate Family Days
Westminster
Choir College will celebrate its Family Weekend on the Princeton
campus on Friday, October 27 and Saturday, October 28. Rider’s
Lawrenceville campus will hold its annual Family Day festivities
on Saturday, November 4.
The Princeton campus invites families to attend choir and theater
rehearsals and concerts, class sessions, and a Coffeehouse where
parents can socialize while students display their talents in
music and more. The weekend will end with a Chapel Choir and Schola
concert in the new Princeton High School Performing Arts Center.
In addition to the families, all members of the campus community
are invited to join in the festivities.
A special highlight of Family Day festivities on the Lawrenceville
campus will be Founder’s Day,
in which Rider University’s top students will be honored
as Andrew J. Rider Scholars. The program begins at 11 a.m. in
the Bart Luedeke Center Theater. The Scholars have been selected
based on their grade point averages. Other activities during Family
Day will include family educational sessions, a Class of 2008
Ring Ceremony, leadership induction ceremony, and the Final Competition
for the Cranberry King and Queen.
