Bonnie Dimun joined the Rider board
in 2004. She is president of Dynamics for Change, Inc., a management
consulting firm. Prior to that, she was National Director of Education
and Public Policy at Hadassah, the world’s largest women’s
nonprofit organization, where she created and managed the Leadership,
Education and Training Center. She serves as vice chair of Rider’s
human resources trustee committee and member of the board’s
university advancement committee. In addition to her two Rider
degrees, she earned an Ed.D. from Columbia University in 1983,
as well as the Wharton Business School Managing Change Certificate
and the Princeton Mid-Career Fellowship in 1997. She received
the Rider University School of Education’s Alumni Recognition
Award in 2001 for her leadership and professional attainments
in life. She resides in Short Hills, NJ, with her husband, Anthony
J. Dimun, a1965 Rider graduate with a degree in accounting.
They have two children.
