• Kiera Duffy '03 was a fellow at the Tanglewood festival this summer where she performed an opera by John Carter, conducted by James Levine. She also sang August 30 in the Munich (ARD) Competition finals, where she was the only American invited to compete. In addition, she makes her Opera Company of Philadelphia and Arizona Opera debuts this season. Said a reviewer for The Hartford Courant: “She is a rising star, and she made us care about this character.” According to a review in The New York Times, “Kiera Duffy sang it virtuosically.”
