Mark Your Calendar
Dr. Hendrie Weisinger, an internationally known psychologist and New York Times bestselling author of Emotional Intelligence at Work, will open Rider University's 2004-2005 Lecture Series Thursday, October 14 at 7 p.m. in the Bart Luedeke Center Theater. Dr. Weisinger's visit highlights the inauguration of Rider's new Center for the Development of Leadership Skills (CDLS). For more information, call (609) 896-5103.
Alcohol Education Task Force Created
Thanks to a recent donation from Ritchie & Page Distributing Company, Rider will be convening an Alcohol Education Task Force. Students, staff and faculty are invited to join this new committee, organized by Corinne Zupko of Counseling Services and Christine Carter of the New Student Resource Center.
Whole Blood Drive
A whole-blood drive, sponsored by the Rider University Student Blood Council, will take place Tuesday, September 28 and Wednesday, September 29 from 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. in the Cavalla Room of the Bart Luedeke Center.
