Phil Greco has been instrumental in introducing constructivist theory through project learning and technology integration.  Phil has given a number of presentations including those at NYSSMA and SMTE on re-conceptualizing the music education curriculum for both the public schools and higher education.  

He received both his undergraduate and graduate degrees from the Crane School of Music at SUNY Potsdam.
