Mark A. Kasrel, B.S., M.A., L.P.C., is a Licensed Professional Counselor and business consultant who has maintained a private practice and growing consulting business for over 25+ years. His services include: change-management skills on both micro and macro levels, organizational development, management training, conflict management and conflict resolution, team building, utilization of effective work groups, communication and interpersonal and professional skill enhancement, executive coaching, succession planning, and managing change on both personal and organizational levels within the workplace.

Mark is an Executive-in-Residence Harper Professor and Director of Corporate Outreach for EXCEED (EXecutive CEnter for Education and Development) at Rider University in the College of Business Administration. He teaches professional development to Co-op students, as well as a cohort of students from Shanghai, China, in preparation for placement in American-based companies in the US and China.
