Academic Background

Current Research Agenda

My area of inquiry is twofold: 1) identifying factors that predict success in student and professional populations and 2) defining success and/or proficiency for those populations. My interest lies in psychosocial factors beyond the construct of general intelligence that both contribute to the variability in success outcomes and are sufficiently mutable as to allow for intervention and development.
