 Study Tours by Rider University seeks qualified candidates for its Study Tours programs throughout North America. The program is staffed with Site Directors, Operations Coordinators, Counselors, Office Coordinators, Academic Coordinators, and (EFL) Instructors. Site Directors

Study Tours by Rider University seeks Site Directors for temporary summer positions. Site Directors are hired to provide leadership and support to the Study Tours Program which includes: managing the site contract and staff; providing and overseeing quality delivery of customer service to participants, vendors and clients; and overseeing the site budget and financial analysis.  Successful candidates will work under the direct supervision of the Associate Director of International Auxiliary Programs. Candidates must have an Associate’s degree or equivalent with a minimum of two years prior related experience. Candidates must be willing to travel. A valid driver's license and prior supervisory experience is required. Flexibility with work schedule is necessary as weekends and evenings are required. Individuals will be required to reside on site for the entire length of the Study Tours program.

Operations Supervisors

Study Tours by Rider University seeks Operations Supervisors for temporary summer positions. Operations Supervisors are hired to provide leadership support to the Study Tours Program which includes supervising Counselors, interacting with international students, implementing excursions, and providing customer service to all participants and vendors.  Successful candidates will work under the direct supervision of the Site Director. Candidates must have a High School diploma or equivalent with at least 1 year experience as a Study Tours Counselor, be at least 18 years of age, and be willing to travel. A valid driver's license is required and prior supervisory experience is preferred. Flexibility with work schedule is necessary as weekends and evenings are required. Individual will be required to reside on site for the entire length of the Study Tours program (except for those days off noted on shift schedule).

Academic Supervisors

Study Tours by Rider University seeks Academic Supervisors for temporary summer positions.   Academic Supervisors are responsible for managing the overall operations of the Study Tours academic program at the site and working in conjunction with the Site Director to ensure the smooth daily operations. He/she works under the direct supervision of the Associate Director of Academic Programs, International Auxiliary Programs.  Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent along with prior ESL/EFL related experience. One to two years prior experience with the Study Tours Program preferred. Previous supervisory experience preferred. Individuals must also be at least 18 years of age.  Flexibility with work schedule is necessary as some Saturdays are required.

EFL Instructors

Study Tours by Rider University seeks EFL Instructors for temporary summer positions to teach not-for-credit EFL classes to international high school students. The program uses an ESL curriculum, but instructors must be prepared to supplement with lessons based on the itinerary of the program and American culture. Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree. Master’s degree and ESL/EFL teaching experience preferred. Classes run from 9 am to 12 pm, and in some sites 1 pm to 4 pm as well. Individuals must be available for entire two week session, including some Saturdays and may be hired for multiple sessions up to a site maximum.
