Rider University hosts more than 50 camps and over 25,000 participants annually. The summer camp season at Rider runs mid May through late August. Rider's location on the I-95 corridor and in both the Philadelphia and New York City metropolitan areas makes our Lawrenceville campus ideal headquarters for international programs, sports camps, leadership seminars, and other short-term and long-term programs.

Take your music to the next level—at camp. The Conservatory offers a variety of music camps for toddlers through high school. We welcome students with or without previous musical experience.

What to bring...
Listed below are some suggested items of what you should bring along if you are attending an overnight camp at Rider University.
- Box fan or oscillating fan (most of Rider's residence halls are not air conditioned)
- Shower shoes/flip-flops
- Linen*/sleeping bag (unless specified by your camp, Rider does not provide linen)
- Hair dryer
- Sun tan lotion
- Bug spray
- Snack money
*All of Rider's residence halls have extra-long twin beds.
What not to bring...
- Air Conditioners
- Large amounts of money (there are several ATM's on campus)
- Valuables
- Computers (Rider's network is protected, however there are computer kiosks located throughout campus for checking/sending e-mail)
- Halogen light fixtures
