The Multicultural Studies Minor is a flexible minor that focuses on the United States. Our music education program has a reputation for excellence in the field. Unlike many other schools, Westminster's music education majors are taught by faculty members (not graduate assistants) and enjoy the same studio and ensemble experiences as performance majors.

The Music Theatre Minor requires 21 credits. The Music Theatre Minor is open to all undergraduates by audition1.  Students accepted into the program must declare the minor by completing a form available in the Department Office.

About the ProgramThe Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership is designed to enhance students’ leadership capabilities and understanding of the world in which today’s leaders must function. The knowledge and skills that students will attain through the study of leadership can help them advance in their careers in such specialties as counseling-related services, communication, higher education, and information technology.

Piano at Westminster Choir College has multiple dimensions at both the undergraduate and graduate levels. It fosters the development of students who perform on a high level as soloists, as artistteachers and as collaborators with other performing artists. A strong foundation of technique and knowledge of piano literature and style are essential to all the foregoing. The department also provides instruction for undergraduate students who need keyboard skills in order to function effectively throughout their professional careers.

The Piano Pedagogy minor is open as an option to Westminster Choir College undergraduates other than Piano majors. Interested students must be accepted by the Piano Faculty and should then declare the minor by completing a form available in the Assistant Registrar’s Office. Acceptance to Minor:
Political communication is an interdisciplinary minor that is designed to understand the matter in which new technologies and strategies of communication change the emerging political order, and the matter in which the emerging political order structures the dissemination of information among citizens of the United States and other nations.
The Political Science Department at Rider University offers two majors, one in the discipline of Political Science and another in Global Studies. In addition to education in the main areas of the discipline, Political Science majors can take a concentration in Pre-Law, Practical Politics, American Politics, International Relations and Comparative Politics, or Political Theory.
