Professional Experience

Dr. Kamens is a member of the Teacher Education Division of the Council for Exceptional Children, and is past chair of the Small Special Education Program Caucus. She is the Coordinator of the New Jersey Consortium of Teacher Educators and serves on the Mercer County Professional Development Board.  She has also served as part of the New Jersey Department of Education State Team for the Center for Teacher Quality of the Council of Chief State School Officers.  In addition, Dr. Kamens is the Co-Advisor for the Rider Chapter of the Council for Exceptional Children.
