Camp Directors: Jennifer Garr and Matthew LaPine
Ages 2 – 3 years**
Three one-week camps (dates listed below)
9:15AM – 11:15AM
Now in its 11th year, this two-hour mini-camp for the very young provides a music and art experience for children with caregivers. In a 30-minute music session, children and adults will sing, move, dance, play instruments, and chant finger plays and rhymes centered around the weekly theme. The remainder of the morning includes an opening session, musical play, free-play (outside – weather permitting), story time, and art time.
**Children must meet the age requirement as of July 1, 2017.
Each week is limited to 16 children accompanied by an adult caregiver. In the event of maximum enrollment, smaller sub-groups will be created to allow children and caregivers to enjoy an optimum experience of all activities.
Each session runs for one week and offers a different theme. Families may choose to register for any number of weeks (see fee schedule below).
Beach Beats will be held at the Chapin School in Princeton, located at the intersection of Princeton Pike and Province Line Road, just off of Route 95 and only 8 minutes from the Westminster Choir College campus and downtown Princeton. All Beach Beats classrooms are air-conditioned with adjoining privacy bathrooms and diaper-change facilities.
**Due to allergy concerns, each camper is to bring in a NUT-FREE daily snack from home.
