Camp Director: Nathan Brewer
Grades 6-8
July 15-19
10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
If Musical Theater is your passion, look no further for the area's premier intensive training program. Westminster's own Nathan Brewer returns to teach this camp, which will focus on preparing students for Musical Theater auditions. Our week together will culminate in a performance of a revue called “STAGE FRIGHT!” featuring songs from fun, spooky shows like “Little Shop of Horrors,” “The Phantom of the Opera,” “The Addams Family,” and “Nightmare Before Christmas.” In addition to audition techniques, students will have daily voice, dance, and acting classes. Curious lovers of Musical Theater and confident young professionals will find a safe environment for risk-taking and learning from one of New York's most promising young directors.
“Our daughter has found her creative voice and self-confidence because these camps have provided a safe environment in which she could take risks and improve her performing skills. As parents, we watch the final performance each year, and are always amazed at what can be accomplished in such a short amount of time.”
