Rider’s earth sciences program is designed primarily as a second major for students in the College of Education and Human Services to train aspiring educators to teach earth science in high schools. Tailor your educational experience with our geology, environmental or marine concentrations.

This program provides the flexibility to concentrate in geo, environmental or marine sciences while still meeting the earth science-related objectives of high school education majors and to facilitate the timely completion of their dual requirements in the College of Education and Human Services and the College of Arts and Sciences.
