Yellow Ribbon Program
Since 1865, America’s veterans have chosen Rider University for professional advancement. With the Yellow Ribbon program, our University continues to provide veterans like you with the programs and funding to successfully realize your educational goals.
As a military-friendly university, Rider is dedicated to ensuring you access to our quality education by bridging the financial gap between your benefits as a veteran and the cost of education. Through the Yellow Ribbon Program, veterans of the U.S. Armed Forces who have served their country for at least three years following 9/11 can earn their bachelor’s or master’s degree, or a professional certificate at Rider tuition-free.
Our Office of Financial Aid also will work with you to identify and apply for other scholarship and financial aid resources for which you might qualify, including the Heart of a Hero Scholarship and Council of College and Military Educators (CCME) scholarships.
