Session A: Graduate Business Degree: Master of Business Administration (MBA) or Master of Accountancy (MAcc)
Key considerations and approaches to a graduate degree in business.  Topics: preparing for a graduate degree while in an undergraduate program, selecting a program that is right for you, and understanding your return on investment.

Session C: Resume Writing and Interview Skills
This workshop will discuss the key components necessary to present your training and experience in resume format.  A review of interview skills will also be discussed and practiced.  Computers and printers will be available.

Session D: Psychological Science as a Tool for Life
The leaders we respect the most are those who hold us to high standards while being able to relate to us as individuals and see the world through our eyes. The most fundamental skills that you will acquire and use throughout life include the abilities to interact with others, to understand the people around you, and to be a consumer of behavioral and mental health information. This 30-minute session will present an overview of the psychological sciences major at Rider.  Dr. Gary Brosvic, a member of the Education and Transition Services For Veterans and professor at Rider, will also be available to those interested in the life and physical science majors at Rider.

Session E: A Bachelor's Degree in Business: A gateway to a rewarding career
Whether you are interested in working for a major firm, a regional or local employer or your own start-up firm, a bachelor’s degree in business can give you the competencies needed to be successful in a rapidly changing, global marketplace.  In this session you will learn about the different business disciplines and the career paths available in them.

Session F:  Your Transition Mission: Practical Steps for Success in the Civilian Workforce (Veterans only)
Veterans will receive practical and unvarnished advice from someone who made the transition from active duty to the civilian workforce.  Discussion topics will include speaking the language of business, marketing yourself effectively, gathering intelligence on careers and employers, and embracing your new mission of finding a new career.

Session H: Using The Latest Technology To Enhance Your Job Search
In this session, participants will learn how to use simplyhired.com, indeed.com and LinkedIn in a job search campaign.  This session is designed for job seekers who have already identified the types of jobs and positions they want to pursue.  This session will help participants improve the efficiency and effectiveness of their job search using these powerful tools.
