Symposium description
In this one-day symposium, attendees will hear and learn from supply chain executives with broad experience in supply chain management across multiple industries, and across multiple functions ranging from planning to source, make and deliver activities.  The symposium will include several case studies on individual firms that operate large scale supply chain networks and organizations.   The day will also include a panel discussion among executives in a variety of business environments who will explore the importance of change management in their recent supply chain initiatives and future plans.  Topics will include their firms’ initiatives in areas such as information technology, omni-channel, social media and mergers and acquisitions.  In one short day, attendees will receive a broad set of perspectives and insights on some of the critical issues in operating supply chains in 2016 and beyond.
