In this one-day symposium, attendees will hear and learn from supply chain executives with broad experience in supply chain management across multiple industries, and across multiple functions ranging from planning to source, make and deliver activities. The symposium will include several case studies on individual firms that operate large scale supply chain networks and organizations. The day will also include a panel discussion which will explore how current world events are dramatically impacting the supply chains of individual firms, and how panel members’ firms address this dynamic environment in their supply chain network plans. In one short day, attendees will receive a broad set of perspectives and insights on some of the critical issues in operating supply chains in 2015 and beyond.
