Accounting Hall of Fame 2012
Please Join Us: Accounting Advisory Council Accounting Hall of Fame, November 8, 2012
Rider University’s Accounting Advisory Council is pleased to announce the 2nd Annual Accounting Hall of Fame, which will honor alumni who have distinguished themselves in the accounting profession, during an awards dinner on November 8, 2012, at the Pines Manor Restaurant in Edison, N.J.
The Accounting Advisory Council is currently seeking nominations of those who have made a significant contribution in the field of accounting, those who have enhanced the image of accountants, and those who have made noteworthy volunteer efforts outside the workplace.
The deadline for nominations is July 30, 2012. Complete nominations should include an official nomination form and a description of the significant contributions the individual has made.
Alumni are also invited to attend the Hall of Fame Awards Dinner, and are encouraged to complete the RSVP form to reserve a table, a sponsorship or a place in the event’s souvenir program.
“In addition to honoring these distinguished alumni, we will be raising funds for Accounting Advisory Council scholarships through your support for this special evening,” said Lawrence N. Frankel ’79, CPA, who is spearheading the event. “By attracting the best and brightest high school seniors, Rider can maintain its margin of excellence in the accounting field.”
