A check or money order made payable to Rider University for $30.00 for each examination requested must accompany this form. This is anonrefundable fee. Please return your check and this form to the Cashier's Office, Bart Luedeke Center, Rider University, 2083 Lawrenceville Road, Lawrenceville, NJ 08648-3099. Application Deadlines are:

December 7 for the spring
March 29 for the summer
July 22 for the fall

REMEMBER TO BRING YOUR BRONC PHOTO I.D. WITH YOU TO THE EXAMINATION. YOU WILL NEED A PHOTO I.D. TO TAKE THE TEST!
