Leadership Development Program
The centerpiece of the CDLS is the Leadership Development Program (LDP), which is open to students of all majors at the University.  Upon completion of the program, our graduating students are awarded a Certificate of Leadership, which is noted officially on each student’s transcript.

Pi Sigma Epsilon
Pi Sigma Epsilon is open to all majors.  It is a national professional organization with an emphasis on Marketing, Sales and Management.  National corporate sponsors provide support to the organization through internships, projects, networking and career opportunities.  Student members compete in both regional and national competitions in areas such as business case competitions and sales competitions.  Members also serve in their local communities through community service and fundraising for worthy causes.
