Image of Karen West "I'm excited about sharing with young women how I’ve benefited from the opportunities that Rider created for me.  I want to provide ideas, motivation and examples of how they can apply their Rider foundation to their lives as they progress.  The RWLC is also building a great networking and safety net  for all Rider women!"
