Mazzotti Award

Mazzotti Awards in Women's Leadership

The Mazzotti Awards offer opportunities for women faculty and staff members to attend leadership development programs that will benefit the Rider community and assist recipients in their professional development. Faculty and staff may apply for programs that will develop personal, administrative, or organizational leadership skills as well as discipline-specific skills. Award recipients are expected to share their experiences with the Rider community.

The successful applicant will:

  • demonstrate how the program of interest will benefit both the applicant and the Rider community.
  • describe how the program they have chosen is appropriate for their current position and career goals.

To submit an application, click here to access the form. Applications should be e-mailed to Jan Friedman-Krupnick, assistant vice president for student affairs and chair of the Mazzotti Awards Committee, at jfk@rider.edu.
