Executive Education Programs
Negotiation • Alternative Dispute Resolution • Mediation
In today’s world, conflict is ever-present in our places of work, our neighborhoods and even our homes. There has never been a greater need for an awareness and understanding of negotiation, dispute resolution and mediation. With the right knowledge and tools, individuals, organizations and communities can learn to handle disputes more effectively to reduce confrontation and conflict and preserve relationships.
In response to requests from the public and private sectors, Rider University will be offering its Executive Education Programs in Negotiation, Alternative Dispute Resolution and Mediation to help participants become better negotiators and more effective leaders. In this series of one- and two-day workshops, you can develop the skills to handle disputes more effectively, negotiate successfully and deal with interpersonal conflict. These programs will be offered during the Fall of 2007.
