Mediterra "Farm to Table" Dinner Will Benefit Westminster
Princeton’s renowned Mediterra Restaurant & Bar will host its second annual “Farm to Table” dinner at the County Corners Farm located at 74 Wilson Road in West Amwell Township/Lambertville, NJ on Saturday, August 18, 2007 at 4:00pm.
The “Farm to Table” event, held inside the barn on this certified organic farm, brings together fresh, local and seasonal ingredients, local farmers and chefs. The dinner, a cocktail reception and five-course dinner paired with artisan wines, will feature fresh, seasonal, local ingredients.
Tickets are $100 per person plus tax and gratuity. All proceeds from this event will be donated to Westminster Choir College of Rider University. For reservations or more information, please call Mediterra at 609/252.9680.
