Designed as a pragmatic, hands-on session, Princeton University Organist Eric Plutz will discuss and demonstrate the basics of the organ. Open to pianists as well as beginning organists, the session will cover a brief history of the instrument, practical ways to approach it (and its pedals!), as well as its basic mechanical components.
