The main location for the Florence Voice Seminar is St. James Church, located in central Florence.  All Master Classes, and most lessons, are held in the church.  Italian classes are often held in the gardens.  A few practice rooms are available but do not bring a pitch pipe; not all practice rooms are equipped with pianos.

Most students are housed in a palazzo across from St. James Church, where lessons and coachings are also offered.  Most students are housed on the top floor of the palazzo in large double rooms.  All rooms have a private bath or share a bath with an adjoining room.  A communal kitchen is available for everyone's use.  Students who are not housed at the palazzo are housed in apartments on Via Montelbello, about three blocks away.
