Financial Aid and Scholarships

Financing higher education is one of the most important investments you and your family will make. Your college education is an investment in your future and your college choice should be based on quality, not cost.  However, the cost of a private university is a significant expense for most families and requires significant financial planning.

Rider University is committed to making that investment affordable through various financial assistance programs. The Office of Financial Aid is committed to helping you successfully navigate the financial aid process and maximize financial aid opportunities by providing guidance and information.

More than 83% of Rider’s students receive financial aid.  Students and their families may also take advantage of payment plan options and parent loan programs to finance your education.

We work with you and your family to establish a financial partnership and develop options that can make a Rider education an affordable reality for you.

Please use our online resources to explore your financial aid options.
