Advanced studies at the Music Academy of the West. Student of Martial Singher, Gwendolyn Koldofsky and Lotte Lehmann. Recipient of a Fulbright scholarship, a Pilsbury scholarship and the Lotte Lehmann Award. Member of the San Francisco Opera (1970). Leading soprano of the City Opera of Kiel, Germany (1971-77); and City Opera of Osnabruch, Germany (1978-92). Guest artist at the Warsaw Spring Festival, the Oslo Music Festival, Tivoli Gardens - Copenhagen and the Easter Festival Salzburg; sung over 1,000 opera performances of 52 roles specializing in the works of Mozart and Richard Strauss.
