Ticket Policy for Students, Faculty, & Staff

2008-2009 Westminster Ticket Policy – Rider University
This policy applies to Rider University students, Rider University faculty and staff, and Westminster Conservatory faculty and staff.

General Information

• Westminster Box Office Hours are 12 noon to 6:00  p.m., Monday through Friday.
• Tickets may be purchased in person, on-line, or by telephone at 609-921-2663.
• The box office accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, personal checks and cash.
• Tickets may also be purchased at the venue door one hour before the performance (30 minutes before the performance for events held in the Playhouse and Williamson Hall.)
• Please be prepared to show a current Rider University ID to receive discounts.
• Consult Westminster Performs or http: //westminster.rider.edu/arts for concert dates and details.
• All ticket sales are final - no refunds or exchanges.

On-Campus Concerts
Rider University students, faculty and staff are entitled to free or discounted admission to many Westminster Conservatory and Westminster Choir College concerts and recitals. Tickets are required for some events, and advance purchase of tickets is recommended to guarantee seating. A current Rider University ID is needed as proof of enrollment or employment at Rider University.

Westminster Choral Performances

• Students, faculty and staff receive one free ticket for regular season performances in Bristol Chapel and Princeton Regional Schools Performing Arts Center.
• Free tickets are not available for Holidays at Westminster or off-campus performances.

Westminster Faculty Recitals
Conservatory Faculty Recitals and Kaleidoscope Chamber Series

• Non-ticketed events

Westminster Opera Theater and Music Theater

• Students, faculty and staff receive one free ticket per performance.

Conservatory Community Ensembles
(Westminster Community Orchestra, Westminster Conservatory Youth Chorale, Westminster Community Chorus)

• Students, faculty and staff receive one free ticket. 
• Free tickets are not available for Holidays at Westminster performances.
• Free tickets are not available for performances at Richardson Auditorium.

Holidays at Westminster
Tickets for Holidays at Westminster performances go on sale to the public Wednesday November 5, 2008.
Extended box office hours November 5 through November 14; 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
