Enhancement Forms are to be used for improvments to an area. Fill out the form, print the page, get the appropriate signatures and mail or fax the form to Facilites Management at 895-5638.
If you are in need of a repair, please submit a work order through the Easypass work order system.
DESK NAME PLATES AND WALL NAME PLATES
Requests for desk and wall name plates may be made by submitting a work order through the Easypass work order system. Please include the exact name and/or title to be placed on the name plate.
