FACILITIES MANAGMENT FORM:
Enhancement Forms are to be used for improvments to an area. Fill out the form, print the page, get the appropriate signatures and mail or fax the form to Facilites Management at 895-5638.
If you are in need of a repair, please submit a work order through the Easypass work order system.
EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 2009:
THE SIGN SHOP IS LOCATED IN THE SRC
ALL SIGNAGE (SIGNS, BANNERS, DESK NAME PLATES, WALL NAME PLATES, ETC...) WILL BE COMPLETED THROUGH AUXILARY SERVICES. AUXILARY SERVICES IS LOCATED AT THE SRC ON THE SECOND FLOOR. THEIR PHONE NUMBER IS X7700.
