Office of Enrollment Planning, Reporting, and Internet Projects

The Office of Enrollment Planning and Reporting provides vision and leadership to support Rider University’s efforts though quantitative and qualitative measures including market identification, academic program development, retention strategies, and program assessment to ensure the University’s continued fiscal security. 

The Office of Enrollment Planning and Reporting is responsible for the following functions:

  • Maintaining institutional admission and enrollment data and reports
  • Developing survey and assessment instruments to evaluate enrollment trends, admission programs, and market viability
  • Implementing third-party assessment tools and maintaining benchmark data
  • Preparing enrollment projections for credit-bearing programs
  • Disseminating data and planning reports to the Rider community
  • Coordinating outreach to students and other constituencies
  • Balancing all operating budgets within Enrollment Management
  • Providing marketing strategies through research
  • Implementing and improving technology throughout Enrollment Management

 
The Office of Internet Projects seeks to form an online information system that provides access to services and resources, improve communication, accessibility, timeliness and ease-of-use of information, and enhancing the sense of community at Rider.  The Office of Internet Projects recognized the need for continuity and quality, and provides support services for administrative offices, schools, colleges, departments, and other University entities to facilitate the development and maintenance of Web sites that are attractive, effective, and supportive of the University’s graphic identity, messages, and mission.

The Office of Internet Projects is responsible for the following functions:

  • Facilitating the overall web marketing strategy of Rider University
  • Facilitating communication between web content providers and those responsible for overall web architecture, hardware, software, design, and standards
  • Reporting metrics and statistics
  • Managing all Rider University Web site efforts (redesign and enhancement projects)
  • Developing and managing front-end web solutions and projects for various departments and work with IT to implement
  • Providing user training in Web-related skills
  • Branding the University’s offline/online presence
  • Developing and maintaining third-party vendor relationships with organizations that enhance the web presence, including online applications, chat platforms, and e-newsletter-type formats
