Principles of Enrollment Management

  • Enrollment Goals need to be realistic and defined.

  • Enrollment Management needs to be linked to academic planning and program evaluation.
     
  • Enrollment Management must take an active monitoring role in considering the internal organizational climate and external environmental factors.
     
  • Enrollment Management must take the lead in defining how the University’s Tuition Pricing and Financial Aid leveraging philosophy is determined and implemented.
     
  • Enrollment Management must provide assessment tools that disburse to the community accurate enrollment information.
     
  • Enrollment Management needs to create marketing materials and communication that establish distinctions in the marketplace for the University.
